OCPP – Charger Management
The Rapid Charge back office portal is a complete EV charging software solution for charge point operators and businesses that wish to operate multiple charging stations. The software will manage your charging network via OCPP, enabling management of charging stations, partnership relations, tariffs, billing, payments, CRM, statistics and more.
Real-time Status Updates: Monitoring the operational status of each charging station, such as whether it’s available, in use, or out of order. It provides information on faults, energy consumption, session data, and other operational metrics.
Remote Control: Allows the CMS to send commands to the charging station, such as starting or stopping a charging session, adjusting charging power, or rebooting the station remotely.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting data from charging stations, like energy usage, charging session duration, and payment details.
Fault Detection and Maintenance: OCPP enables automatic alerts and notifications if a charging station encounters a problem, making it easier to manage repairs and maintenance.
Usage Statistics and Reporting: Monitoring can help gather insights into station usage patterns, revenue generation, and efficiency, which is useful for operators and fleet managers.
